These terms cover your use of Instarep.ly, including the iOS keyboard, generated reply drafts, free trial, and in-app unlock.
Using Instarep.ly
Instarep.ly helps draft replies from copied comments and messages. It is a writing assistant, not a replacement for your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send any generated reply.
Requirements
The App Store currently lists Instarep.ly for iOS 26.0 or later. Because reply generation uses Apple Intelligence, compatibility may depend on your device and Apple’s current requirements. Check the App Store compatibility panel before installing.
AI-generated drafts
Generated replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate for the context, or different from your intended tone. Do not rely on Instarep.ly for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes communication.
Pricing and purchases
Instarep.ly is free to download and includes 20 successful generated replies. Current release notes describe a one-time in-app upgrade for unlimited replies. Apple handles payment, taxes, refunds, family sharing availability, and regional pricing. The exact price is shown by the App Store before purchase.
Full Access and privacy
Instarep.ly needs iOS keyboard Full Access for its clipboard-based reply workflow. Full Access is a broad permission, so review the Privacy Policy before enabling it. If you are not comfortable with Apple’s third-party keyboard permission model, do not enable Full Access.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Instarep.ly to harass, deceive, impersonate, spam, or break the rules of the apps where you post.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its generated content workflow.
- Respect platform policies, community rules, and applicable laws.
Availability and changes
Features, compatibility, pricing, and App Store availability may change over time. We may update the app or these terms to reflect product, legal, or platform changes.
Disclaimer and limitation
Instarep.ly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for posts you choose to send, platform outcomes, lost engagement, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
